Nakuul Mehta talks about judging IGT- season 6…
Popular Nakuul Mehta, who took the audience by storm with his television debut Pyaar Ka Dard Hai…Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara… is now trying to find his feet into anchoring reality talent based show, India’s Got Talent – season 6.
With a blend of benevolence and style Nakuul is all set to pair up with the cute and bubbly Bharti Singh as a co-host.
In conversation with Nakuul about his latest project he says, “Well, I had anchored events and awards shows like IIFA and Star Guilds but to host a show on this scale is something I always wanted to do. ”
“It is challenging for me being a television actor as after essaying a fiction character for six months an actor starts living the role whereas here I am needed to be very spontaneous with my words and actions. Every day is a new day at IGT,” he adds.
Having done fiction for a period of three years Nakuul goes on to explain his learning experience as an anchor on the show.
He avers, “I have a lot of fun on the sets and that is primarily because of Bharti. We are like chalk and cheese. My sense of humour is urban and on the flip side, her humour caters to all masses. She is 10 years elder to me and there is a lot more I have to learn from her. While anchoring with Bharti I feel very safe because I am good at learning lines due to my fiction shows whereas Bharti is extremely good at gags. So we both sizzle our way doing what we are best at.”
Keep it up…Nakuul!
