THIS ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress joins Rani Mukerji in ‘Mardaani 2!’

Known for playing important role in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein‘, this actress bags role in ‘Mardaani 2’!

After the success of Rani Mukerji’s ‘Mardaani’, the makers finally announced the sequel of the 2014 film in December last year. Few days ago, Rani Mukerji finally started shooting for ‘Mardaani 2’ making her fans super-happy and she looked fierce in her first look from the film. Now, TV actress Shruti Bapna has joined the cast of Rani Mukerji’s ‘Mardaani 2’. The actress, who is best known for playing Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita’s elder sister Vandita in Star Plus show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, shared the good news with fans today (29th March) on social media.

Announcing the same, she took to her Instagram account and shared the picture of the clapboard from ‘Mardaani 2’ sets:

Coming back to Shruti Bapna, ‘Mardaani 2’ is not her debut film as she has already featured in various Bollywood films including ‘Wake Up Sid’, ‘Rowdy Rathore’, ‘Gabbar Is Back’ among others and was last seen in Arjun Rampal’s ‘Daddy’.

On the TV front, she has played important characters in popular serials including ‘Sasural Genda Phool’, ‘Saas Bina Sasural’, ‘Burey Bhi Hum Bhale Bhi Hum’, ‘Girls on Top’ among others.
