“It takes me 3 hours to do my make-up for Changezi’s character”: Sunil Sinha

Actor Sunil Sinha, who has been roped in to play Changezi in Sony TV’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, talks about his character and much more in this conversation with us.

Popular actor Sunil Sinha, who has been seen in many popular shows like, Shaktimaan, Junior G, and was recently seen in Ek Ghar Banaunga and last seen in Colors’ Beintehaa, is all set to enter Sony TV’s popular historical series Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap.

Sunil has been roped in to play the character of Changezi in the show. We spoke to Sunil to know more about his life, his character in the show and about his preparations to play the character.

Talking about his early life, he told us, “I started off with my acting career in the year 1981 and I have done more than 70 plays. Then, I joined TV in the year 1997 and I have done around 80 television shows like Shaktiman, Junior G, etc. Recently, I did Ek Ghar Banaunga on Star Plus and now I am entering Maharana Pratap as Changezi, who wants to kill Pratap (Faisal l Khan).”

“Changezi is a very powerful character to play. His main motive is to kill Pratap. The team is very good to work with. I didn’t get to do any special preparations for playing this character but the make-up takes a lot of time. It’s taking me 3 hours to do my make-up which is painful as well. I have to put up a rubber mask on my face,” adds Sunil taking about his character.

We quizzed Sunil about his future plans. He said, “I would prefer to do movies over television shows and would like to play a role for a longer duration in television but whatever roles will keep coming my way, I will keep doing that.”
