After running for just 4 months, THIS Zee TV show to go OFF-AIR?

The ratings of the show have always been a concern.
Zee TV is experiencing a purple patch currently, where the channel has knocked out Colors from the second spot in the rating parameters and now only trails a constant leader, Star Plus.
While, the channel’s shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs 2017, Kumkum Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya continue to be rating grabbers, some shows on the channel haven’t seen the light of day yet.
And one of them is the Gurdeep Kohli starrer, Sethji. The show went on-air over 3 months ago but never managed to garner the desired ratings.
Talking about the shooting of the show, it was stalled for a while before the cast resumed only recently. And, in an absolute turn of events, the cast was apparently informed that they will be shooting their final sequence now and the same was shot yesterday.
The show is expected to go off-air in September.
We contacted actress, Gurdeep Kohli, who said, “Honestly, I haven’t been informed about anything as such.”
We asked her if the cast and crew shot their last yesterday, to which she said, “Yes, we did shoot yesterday itself, but I haven’t been informed about that being the last sequence or so.”
