Roopal Tyagi is the new ‘cheer girl’ in town

Roopal Tyagi, best known as Gunjan of Zee TV’s Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (Shakuntalam Telefilms), has turned a cheer girl for good friend Puneet Sachdev.
The actress has been spending most of her time on the cricket ground these days, as her friend Puneet has joined the Mumbai Warriors team in BCL (Box Cricket League). However, she is not a mere spectator but a participant of sorts.
Why do we say so?
“Pariva (Pranati – Puneet’s wife) and I keep cheering for Puneet. We are all the time screaming on top of our voices for him because he truly loves the game,” says Roopal.
So, basically you two are the cheer girls there? “Yes, we are (laughs).”
Have you both choreographed any steps yet? “Not yet, but I think that’s a brilliant idea and we must do it,” ends she with a hearty laugh.
