Parineeta Borthakur to play the lead opposite Sachin Tyagi in Colors’ next

Colors’ upcoming show, produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions will depict an ‘incomplete love tale’ of two estranged lovers, who would meet years after, only to relive and fulfill their love commitments for each other.

We have earlier reported about talented actor Sachin Tyagi playing the male protagonist.

We now hear that Assamese actor Parineeta Borthakur has been roped in to play the female lead, and the love angle of Sachin.

As we know, earlier popular names like Debina Bonnerjee and Muskaan Nancy James were almost finalized for this lead role. Parineeta was last seen in the role of Gogi in SAB TV’s Pritam Pyaare Aur Woh.

A reliable source tells us, “Parineeta suits the role of the lead very well. The lady will be seen portraying the role of a mother to a grown-up daughter; also her love story of the past will also be played upon.”

We tried calling Parineeta, but did not get through to her.

As we know, Helly Shah and Tejaswi Welingkar will play the younger generations daughters.
