Actor Paaras Madaan, last seen in Zee TV’s Qubool Hai is all set to don a hip-hop avatar for SAB TV’s Chandrakant Chiplunkar Seedi Bambawala, produced by Namanraj Productions. The Diwali episodes in the show will see a guest entering the colony of Chandrakant Chiplunkar (Prashant Damle).
The NRI guy, by name Willy will be a friend of the granny on the show, Suhasini Gangaram Chiplunkar (Naina Apte). Paaras for the first time will be attempting comedy through this appearance in the SAB TV show.
As per a source, “Willy will have a hippy look and will be seen interacting with all in the Chiplunkar family. The sequences revolving around Diwali will be a laugh riot for the audience.”
When contacted, Paaras told us, “I have always wanted to be part of the ace Director turned Producer Dharmesh Mehta’s shows. And with Chandrakant Chiplunkar, I got this opportunity to portray a comic role. I am enjoying being part of this great man’s show. To say more, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah which has been directed by Dharmeshji for a long time, is by far the best comedy show on TV today.”
Paaras is presently shooting for the SAB TV show, and his entry will be aired closer to Diwali. The actor was recently seen in an episodic Bindass’ Love By Chance.
