It is too pleasant a day to report about how people are being deceived and robbed, but sadly, that seems to be the trend for the day. Earlier, we reported about how actor, Neeraj Bharadwaj was cheated of Rs 50,000 from his ex-driver and now we have some more unpleasant news to break.

Actres, Saumya Tandon from ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain‘ is currently on a much awaited and well deserved vacation with her husband, Saurabh Devendra Singh in Turkey.

However, what ideally should be a blissful and relaxing time for the actress has unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare for her as she got robbed in Istanbul.

Yes! That’s right. According to a leading news daily, Saumya mentioned on how she was robbed of a thousand euros in the city.

She said it began with the cabbie telling her that he has to rush and even screamed at her, while she was hunting her purse for change. Suddenly, he stopped the car in the middle of the road and that’s when Saumya realized that he hadn’t even started the meter. As soon as Saumya gave him euros, he said that they were ‘wrong money’ which got Saumya perplexed as both Euros an Lira, as a currency work in Turkey. As soon as Saumya opened her purse that had euros, the cabbie put his hand in the purse and distracted her by screaming and honking. When he left, Saumya checked her purse and realized that a thousand euros were stolen.

Saumya has already filed a police complaint and we hope she gets justice for the same.
