Never played a multidimensional character like Kabir from Yeh Hai Chahatien: Khushank Arora

In a candid chat with us, Khushank opened up on his experience shooting for Balaji Telefilms’ Yeh Hai Chahatein

Star Plus show Yeh Hai Chahatein has been entertaining the fans for quite some time now. The show is produced by Balaji Telefilms and has a stellar star cast including Sargun Kaur Luthra, Abrar Qazi, Mallika Singh among others.

The show recently took a six months leap post in which Preesha and Rudra have been separated. Preesha got married to Armaan in the wake of taking care of his daughter Anvi. Armaan’s sister Devika falls for Rudra in another city.

The show recently witnessed one of the loved characters Kabir’s exit from the show. Actor Khushank Arora played the character of Kabir in the show.

We got in touch with Khushank and in a brief chat the actor opened up on his experience of shooting for the show. He said, “Never have i ever played a character with multidimensional layers in my entire career span. The role of KABIR was a masked character with so much to explore. From being a pretentious innocent chap to a Casanova to a lecher to scheming and conniving guy to a comic villain and finally to an out n out hardcore envious villain. That has been my graph in the past three months. It has been a challenging pathway for me and I have had an ecstatic journey playing the part”.

He added, “The role itself when narrated to me, I had goosebumps and I love to do anything that makes me grow and challenges me, because I had never played such a multidimensional role before plus it’s a Balaji Telefilms show … which has always been on my preliminary wish list to work with them and it has been the most accommodating and kindest production I have ever worked with.
