Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus has been witnessing quite the high-voltage drama with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) and Kartik’s (Mohsin Khan) separation track post the 2 year leap.

While their knok-jhok continue to be at its entertaining best, looks like up ahead, the viewers will finally get to see the duo romance, but, at a hefty cost.

With all the protests going on in Imperial college, Daadi will be hospitalized in an unfortunate turn of events. And, Kartik will obviously put the blame for all of this on Naira.
