Mistry will play the role of the mother to a young girl and she mentioned how anything is possible on TV where even a 20-something can play a mother and justify it.
Star Bharat’s Musakaan is certainly set to go through some major changes soon, about which it has already been reported so far. One of the prime ones has been the fact that the show is going through a leap and there were reports about how Ssharad Malhotra is unhappy to play an on-screen father post the leap. That was however wronged later when Malhotra confirmed he has no qualms in playing an on-screen father and is, in fact, looking forward to the new chapter of the show.
So, now, as we know that Muskaan is all set to have a leap, the post-leap storyline will present the storyline of twin girls who were separated. Malhotra and Yesha Rughani will be playing on-screen parents to the twins. Malhotra’s character will remarry and this will thus enable the entry of a new character and a parallel lead in the form of actress Kirtida Mistry.
Mistry is best known for her roles in shows like Piya Rangrezz and Shankar Jaikishan 3 in 1. Mistry will play the role of the mother to a young girl and she mentioned how anything is possible on TV where even a 20-something can play a mother and justify it. About if she is feeling insecure about entering as the parallel lead she said that Yesha is the lead of the show and she is playing Ssharad’s wife which is an equally important role, so there is no reason for her to be insecure.
We wish Mistry all the best for the role.
