Colors’ long-running show Balika Vadhu (Sphere Origins) as we know is about to take a 11 years leap with the focus moving to Anandi’s daughter, Nimboli’s child marriage issues.
Recently, we reported about Sparsh Shrivastav, the Chak Dhoom Dhoom winner essaying the role of Kundan, who will go on to wed Nimboli (Gracy Goswami). We also reported about Viren Vazirani playing the role of Shivam, son of Anandi (Toral Rasputra).
Now, we hear of teenager Harsh Mehta joining the popular show, as the grown-up Mannu, son of Jagya (Shashank Vyas).
Harsh is no newcomer, as he has been seen in MTV Fanaah, as the younger version of Karan Kundra in the role of Vivaan. He has also featured in Zing TV’s Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.
When contacted, Harsh Mehta confirmed the news of him shooting for Balika Vadhu.
We hear that the role of Jagya’s second son Abhimanyu will be played by child actor Shaswat.
