Monalisa on staying away from husband Vikrant for such a long time post marriage

She has been shooting away for Namak Issk Ka in Hyderabad all this time and of course, owing to the same she is away from husband Vikrant in Mumbai and misising him too.

The current situation of lockdown which was prevalent in Maharashtra for a few months and led multiple shows to adapt and shoot away in different cities. This has resulted in actors facing an unprecedented situation of not only shooting away but staying away their family for long periods.

Such has also been the case with actor Antara Biswas aka Monalisa. She has been shooting away for Namak Issk Ka in Hyderabad all this time and of course, owing to the same she is away from husband Vikrant in Mumbai and missing him too.

Talking about it with us, Monalisa said, “My husband is in his hometown Azamgarh. I am missing him a lot and we are talking almost everyday on calls and video calls because there’s no other way. It’s been a long time that we haven’t met. He went for his shoot in Gorakhpur on March 30 for his project and from there he went to his home due to the lockdown here in Maharashtra. Later I tested positive for COVID-19 due to which I had to quarantine at home and there was no way that we could meet at that time. And post that, as soon as I recovered, my shoot for resumed in Hyderabad. So it’s been too long that we haven’t met each other and spent time.”

This is indeed the longest duration they have spent time away from each other, “Yes, this is the longest duration…we haven’t met for so many months! We both are restless to meet each other now.”
