The struggling period in every actor’s life is equivalent to a schooling phase where an actor learns a lot not only as an actor but as a human being too. Actress Priyal Mahajan opened up on her struggle period and also narrated an anecdote about how one advice changed her overall view not only as an actor but as a human being.
Priyal recalled, “When I came to Mumbai, I used to audition for TVC’s. As I loved doing TVCs. I very seldomly auditioned for TV shows infact, Mollki was my second or third audition. Whenever I used to audition, something or the other would turn up due to which I used to get rejected. And when I used to see the same advertisement, I used to get even more sad since I had auditioned for the same part”
Furthermore, she elaborated “Then one fine day a very senior person from the industry told me ‘After you wrap up the audition, just forget that you ever gave one’. He tried to explain me that, Once you give an audition forget about it after that. And that one advice changed my life”. Well, not only the strugglers but a lot of people out there who are indulged in self-doubt must change their perspective, just like Priyal did.
On the professional front, Priyal who was seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Tapur is currently winning hearts as Purvi in the Colors show ‘Molkki’.
