Mahabharat Actor Aham Sharma Opens up on getting Typecast!

Aham Sharma who played the role of Karna in Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Mahabharat reveals that people do typecast you if you’ve done a genre really well and have excelled in it.
Actor Aham Sharma gained immense fame and popularity for his role as Karna in Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Mahabharat. The Actor has enthralled the audience with his performance in several shows like Dosti..Yariyaan..Manmarzian, Mahabharat, Brahmarakshas, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha amongst others. In a conversation with a leading portal, Aham opens up on getting typecast.
Speaking to Spotboye.com, Aham shares that it’s a fact that people do typecast you if you have done a genre really well and excelled in it. He revealed that he did not want that and this is the reason why he didn’t any historical or mythological show offered to him post Mahabharat and then did a show like Manmarziyan. He added that he doesn’t know what is coming in the future but as there has already been a gap, if something exciting comes in then he can surely consider it.
Mahabharat which is currently re-airing on TV once again has brought the families together in this quarantine period. Speaking of if he is watching the rerun of his show, Aham shared that he is not watching it as he has already watched the show before but he is very happy with the kind of response and the feedback from the fans that he has been receiving.
