Sony TV’s ‘Beyhadh‘ revealed a major twist yesterday where flashes of the rape scene were showcased narrating how Maya (Jennifer Winget) planned the scene to trap Ayan (Summit Bhardwaj) and after a heated debate, Maya won the case.
However, Arjun (Kushal Tandon) was shown to be oblivious to this scheme and decided to get close to Maya to make her forget the unfortunate incident.
This was followed by an aesthetic romantic scene.
While the episode was an alluring one, the scene did not go down too well with certain viewers. Some twitter users started posting messages about the scene being ‘too bold’ or ‘too much’ for Indian television and the fact that it is inappropriate for the family audience to watch.
This led Kushal to address the same in a series of tweets
