The ongoing track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is filled with emotional drama as everyone is happy to see Naira’s baby, while Kartik is experiencing mixed emotions as he is feeling guilty about what he has done to Keerti.
In the upcoming episode, Kartik and Naira will be seen being happy with their baby. Kartik will try to console himself that at least his family is happy because of his decision of baby exchange.
