‘Indian Idol’ contestants Pawandeep Rajan & Ashish Kulkarni test negative for COVID-19

Some good news arrive as recent update suggests that the both of them have now tested negative for COVID-19.
With COVID-19’s wrath worse than ever and people contracting the virus worse than ever, we have already seen news about multiple celebrities contracting the virus and trying to recover from it. In fact, reality shows are no different too where contestants from Indian Idol 2020 (Season 12) – Pawandeep Rajan and Ashish Kulkarni both tested positive as well.
However, some good news arrive as recent update suggests that the both of them have now tested negative for COVID-19.
In an interview with ETimes TV, “They both have tested negative, now. They can shoot from tomorrow onward if required,” said Akash Tiwari, Production Head of Indian Idol 12 said.
Tiwari further added that, contrary to reports, Ashish and Pawandeep are not going to be seen performing from their hotel rooms. After all, it is not ethical and medically sound to make someone sing when he is down with such a dreadful ailment. “So next week, you won’t see both of them performing,” Tiwari signed off.
