Gurdeep Kohli to play Ram Kapoor’s wife in Sony TV’s next

Actress Gurdeep Kohli took her acting career to great heights with her memorable portrayal of Dr. Juhi in the hospital drama show, Sanjivani. There’s been no looking back for her from then, and she has gone on to play challenging avatars in Sindoor Tere Naam Ka, Bhabhi, Best of Luck Nikki, Kasamh Se, Arjun.

Recently, her out-of-the-box portrayal of the antagonist in Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum gave her career the momentum for a great future.

Now, the beautiful and talented actress will make a comeback on TV with Sony TV’s show, inspired from the Anupam Kher-Pooja Bhatt movie ‘Daddy’. As we know, the show produced by Gurodev Bhalla and Dhaval Gada will have the mighty and popular actor, Ram Kapoor essaying the central role of the father.

News coming in suggests that Gurdeep has been roped in to play the role of Ram’s wife.

A reliable source states, “Gurdeep will have a beautiful cameo role in the movie. Her character will be a positive one.”

When contacted, Gurdeep confirmed the news to us, “Yes, you have got it right. I am doing the show, but you will have to call me later for details.”

We also dropped in a text message to Producer Guruodev Bhalla and also the channel spokesperson, but did not receive any revert.
