Its finally CONFIRMED! This actor will be playing Purab in ‘Kumkum Bhagya’..

After a series of names being tossed, this actor gets confirmed for playing Purab in the show..

The Zee TV show, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ has been witnessing some major developments in the recent times as actor Arjit Taneja who was playing the role of ‘Purab’ quit the show recently to apparently participate in ‘Bigg Boss Season 10’.

Once that happened the role has been bouncing here and there like a ping-pong ball to several actors. While Gunjan Utreja was slated to play the role, recently actor Ishaan Singh Manhas was almost finalised to play the role.

However, the ball is finally in the court of actor, Vin Rana.

Yes! That’s right. Actor Vin Rana who shot to fame with ‘Mahabharat’ and wowed everyone with his lead role in ‘Vishkanya’ has been finalized to play Purab in the show.

We contacted Vin, who said, “Yes, I am doing the show and in fact I begin shooting for it today itself. I am really excited to play this role.”

After playing a lead role, the actor returns to play a supporting role. We asked him about the same, to which he replied, “I was not at all apprehensive about the fact that I am playing a supporting role after being the male lead in my previous show. The character of Purab is strong and will be getting stronger in the future too. And above everything, its a Balaji show and I was waiting to do a Balaji show for a long time. Even my friends told me that the character is good and I should take it up. So yeah, I am playing Purab.”
