Exclusive: Here’s when Bigg Boss 9 will start airing!

So it’s that time of the year again when the small screen will be set on fire with raging TRPs, thanks to the controversial reality show Bigg Boss. Yes, the channel is back with the ninth edition of the show and Bigg Boss 9 has already grabbed headlines for its speculated list of contestants, theme and the host Salman Khan. We hear, Salman Khan also will be shooting for the Bigg Boss promos on Friday, at a studio in Karjat. And now, we exclusively reveal the date when Bigg Boss 9 starts airing. BB9 will go on air from October 3 next month.

Says a source from the team, “Bigg Boss will be starting from October first week and the show, like all seasons will have a grand opening ceremony on October 3.” What about the contestants? “There have been some names floating in the media which are totally true. They have been approached but there have also been some reports claiming that certain controversial celebrities will be getting inside the house this year. So that is not at all true. The makers are yet to approach Radhe Maa or Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh,” the source reveals.

Raj Nayak, the channel head has already announced the show on Twitter.

Salman has planned a special surprise for all his fans on the opening ceremony. Like each year, Bigg Boss will return with a new season, new contestants and a new theme. So for all the Bigg Boss fans, the wait will certainly end on October 3.
