Comedy Nights with Kapil completes its glorious 100 episodes!

This weekend Colors’ popular show Comedy Nights with Kapil is celebrating its 100th episode.

K9 Productions Comedy Nights with Kapil which is being aired on Colors has left no stone unturned to grab the eyeballs of the audiences. Comedy Nights with Kapil, a show hosted by Kapil Sharma actually needs no description. Just the title says it all. The most acclaimed and extremely popular comedy show Comedy Nights with Kapil has successfully completed its 100 episodes today.

So on this delightful occasion, we thought of asking some of the actors and comedians from the star cast of Comedy Nights with Kapil regarding their journey with the show. This is what they had to say –

Upasana Singh loved as Bua shares her happiness with the show by saying, “The show started with a finite concept of 26 episodes so I never thought of reaching its 100 episodes. I have a habit of praying for every project I do and our prayers have been paid off. I also feel that it is the destiny which took the show to this great success. It is difficult to hold a comedy act for one hour; the whole team has put lot of efforts to make a lively show. It has been a hectic journey so far as we shoot in night which sometimes reaches to early morning.”

“Talking about my character Pinky Bua, I am amazed with response I have received, people tell me whenever they hear people calling Bua this used to remind them of me and it was like an award for me. This appreciation means a lot for me. My fans have loved me for whatever projects I have done be it from movies or television because of them I got to play various shades in my life. I had no Godfather when I entered into this industry it is totally because of my fans where I am today. I would love to give credit to my fans for showering their love and appreciation on me,” concludes the actress.

Ali Asgar loved as Dadi says, “It has been a brilliant journey, I have never expected the show to be this big nor did I expected the love that I am getting for my role in the show. I am flattered with the love this show is getting from the audiences, these matters a lot. All have put lot of hard work for the show be it an actor, creative person or anyone else associated with the show. And the love our fans have been showering on us helped us to work harder and stronger. I would ask my fans to keep loving us and we will keep entertaining you all.”
