Audience will love my chemistry with Shivangi: Mohsin Khan

Talented and young Mohsin Khan is the latest entrant in the long list of cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The good looking man is playing the love interest of Naira (Shivangi Joshi) in the Star Plus show.

Excited to be a part of the big budget project, Mohsin seems to be pretty assured that his character will be well appreciated by the audience. “I got the offer for this venture during our holy month, hence, I am pretty confident that all will fall into right places.”

Mohsin’s earned accolades from the audience for his last show, Dream Girl and especially for his chemistry with co-star Nikita Dutta.

When we quizzed the good looking young man about recreating the magic of love with Shivangi (Joshi), Mohsin replied with a smile, “Well our characters in Dream Girl were sketched in a way where we couldn’t tolerate each other at the beginning. And as both Nikita and I took some time to gel together, it worked in our favour. But, for this show, our characters will be in cordial terms. I am pretty sure that Shivangi and I will be able to pull it off and audience will like it.”

When we mentioned that Akshara and Naitik’s popularity will overshadow his love story, she stated, “Absolutely not. As long as I am the lead of the series, I have no complains. I essentially don’t need to have twenty minutes long monologue, but really want my character to have some essential part to play.”
