Ashish Chowdhry to quit Ek Mutthi Aasmaan; Shaleen Malhotra to replace Ashish Chowdhry?

After Rachana Parulkar, Ashish Chowdhry is all set to make an exit from the show Ek Mutthi Aasmaan, Shaleen Malhotra might replace Ashish as Raghav Singhania.

DJ’s Creative Unit’s popular show Ek Mutthi Aasmaan is gearing up with various twists and turns in its storyline. After Rachna’s exit from the show now the male lead of the show Ashish Chowdhry has called it quits.

Yes you all heard it right! Ashish will no longer be seen as the suave and rich businessman Raghav Singhania in the show. The latter confirmed through a tweet stating, “So yeah;last day!Will miss #EMA shoots tomorrow on.Its time 4 some attention 2 office work,some new assignments,family-time n bodybuilding!”

Well, with Rachna and Ashish’s exit, we are sure fans must be wondering who will be the new leads of the show. But to their respite as updated you earlier Asha Negi Pavitra Rishta’s fame will essay the role of Kalpi.

Now for the male lead, the name which was doing the rounds for quite sometime now was of the dashing actor Shaleen Malhotra who is better known as Arjun from Star Plus’ crime series Arjun.

As per our reliable sources we got to know that, “Shaleen has been approached by the production house to play the character of Raghav in Ek Mutthi Aasmaan and he might be the final choice of the makers. He is yet to get the confirmation from the makers.”

We tried calling Shaleen Malhotra but he remained unavailable.

With the dipping TRPs of the show Ek Mutthi Aasmaan will the show be able to pull off and win the attention of the audiences? Will Asha and Shaleen’s chemistry show the magic like Rachna and Ashish’s chemistry?
