The ardent followers of Shashi Sumeet Mittal’s popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum are aware of Suraj’s new journey towards his dream beginning on the show.

To pursue his dreams and make Ved (Devyansh Tapuriah) proud, Suraj (Anas Rashid) has decided to open a big hotel. He is going to name it as Vedansh Hotel, after his son’s name. He has started off his struggle for this after He has sold his old and popular sweet shop and started struggling to set up a big hotel. Now, in the upcoming tracks of the show, the viewers will witness a new twist.

Our source informs us, “Aryan (Randeep Rai), who has always been the right hand of Suraj, will register for an upcoming Kabbadi Competition to help Suraj with the funds. Unfortunately, Aryan will meet with an accident and thus he won’t be able to take part in the competition. So, Suraj will take part in the Kabbadi Competition on Aryan’s behalf.”

When we contacted Anas, he said, “I have made myself physically and mentally strong for the Kabbadi competition on the show which is very much needed. Now, the audience will see Suraj in a different avatar, a Kabbadi Player. Shooting for this scene is making me nostalgic about my old wrestling days when I was in Punjab.”
