“Anchoring comes from accuracy and experience” – Sugandha Mishra

Sugandha Mishra who will be soon seen as a host in SAB TV’s Family Antakshri #Baithe Baithe Kya Kare talks about anchoring and more in a candid chat with us.

Talented singer cum host Sugandha Mishra currently seen in SAB TV’s Tu Mere Agal Bal Hai will soon be seen as a host in another upcoming reality show Family Antakshri #Baithe Baithe Kya Kare on SAB TV. The actress is very excited and looking forward to host this musical non fictional show.

We got in touch with Sugandha to know more about being a part of Family Antakshri #Baithe Baithe Kya Kare and more…

Sugandha says, “After doing films I came back to television as it is base of my career, so when I was called for a meeting for Antakshri I was very happy because I was waiting for this platform to showcase my skills. I did Sa Re Ga Ma then I did many comedy shows but there is no reality show like Antakshri where I can sing and do comedy as well. I can have lot of fun with families and more. So genuinely from bottom of my heart I wanted to be a part of Antakshri and by god’s grace I got it. I have watched all the seasons of Antakshri since childhood and in fact I have played in one of the seasons on Zee TV after Sa Re Ga Ma where Anu Kapoor had called all the students of Sa Re Ga Ma and made us play Antakshri.”

How was Sugandha’s experience of anchoring a show and what does she has to say her co-host Mantra? She says, “Mantra and I have worked a lot so our chemistry is very good, we recently hosted SAB TV’s SAB ke anokhe awards, we were together in Comedy Circus and also we have hosted many live events. So when I got to know that Mantra is with me I was very happy because the way he talks is phenomenal and in between I put my Music ka tadka which gives an amazing output.”

When asked her about what is more tough acting or anchoring Sugandha says, “Anchoring is a very tough job which has lots of responsibilities because you have to look after every aspect of the show. It is like salt stating that it has to be neither more nor less it should be accurate and that accuracy a person can get only from experience. That is why on this show we have experienced Anuji.”
