Zee TV’s much-talked about show, Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey is all set to go on-air in a couple of days and the wait for the show will finally end.

While, the show stars actor, Krip Suri as the male lead, the show’s female lead introduces a debutante, Yesha Rughani.

And here are some unknown facts about the actress, who stars in the show as Devi Chauhan-

Acting happened to the actress in the most quintessential ways

The actress did not have any professional experience in acting before she gave an audition for this show and she was selected by the makers in her first audition itself. Whereas, for the makers, her selection happened after a series of other auditions

Her origin is not Mumbai

The actress hails from Gujarat, but the city of Mumbai is not entirely new to her as she has done other work assignments here too.

The actress has completed her education

Even though she hails from Gujarat and is working in Mumbai, the actress has completed her education in Bachelor’s of Design and Fashion Communication from the Symbiosis Institute of Pune which lasted for four years.

She never though of acting as a profession initially

Even though she did a lot of acting assignments during her school and college times, acting was never considered as a profession for Yesha. However, she kept her options open and in a way acting has happened to her as she bagged this role with it being her first ever audition.

She hasn’t followed the film ‘Beauty And The Beast’ but..

The show is said to have been inspired from the popular film, Beauty And The Beast, but the actress confessed to have not seen the film. However, she had read the book of the tale which actually makes her more aware about the character.
